PLEASE READ THIS NOTE ABOUT SHIPPING CHARGES!!!!! If you have a question about the shipping charge that is clearly stated at the top of the listing, please ask prior to the close of the auction. After the close no allowances can be made from the stated charges. This is done to ensure a fair auction for all. Other bidders take into account the cost to ship the item in their final/high bid, if the cost is lowered after the auction end there is no way to determine if other bidders would have been higher with a lower shipping cost. If there are any modifications to the stated shipping charges, I need to be make all bidders aware of this prior to the end of auction. While you may feel the shipping charges are excessive, many factors go into the calculation. There is the actual postage, then an estimate must be made as to the insured value(this cannot be billed separately), there is also the cost of packaging which may include, boxes, envelopes, labels, peanuts, bubble wrap, etc. International Buyers: I am going more to shipping via Priority Mail overseas do the fact that there is proof of shipping.  I accept Paypal!!!! Orders, $ and Cashiers Chek will be accepted only on items you designate that you will pick up or if you do not live in the area those items your representative will pick up. All items designated by you as pickups will have a handling fee equal to the quoted shipping cost. Shipping
I usually ship within 3 business days from receipt of payment, via the USPS. Many times I ship out the next day, I know most of you are excited about your purchase so I try to get it to you as soon as possible. I do combine shipping if you are bidding on multiple items. I use excellent materials and take care in the packaging of your items, so that they arrive safely under normal conditions, an insurance claim will never be denied by the courier because of improper packing. That said I strongly urge the purchase of insurance for items that may be lost or damaged due to improper courier handling.

All items are sold as is, and are not returnable unless specifically stated in the listing. Of course, if I have made an error in the description or the items do not fit the description, I will happily issue a refund upon their return. International Buyers ?
