3 Pairs of Antique Eyeglasses with Cases - Fairmont, WV
Introducing these three pairs of antique eyeglasses with cases. These are authentic period pieces and they sell as one lot including cases. The eyeglasses are best described as follows:
Pair 1: The first pair says "Windsor" on the bridge and appears to be gold or gold filled. Similarly, the stems also appear to be composed of gold or gold fill. They measure 4.5 inches across (about 114mm) across. These are thinner framed then the other two are will need adjusted but in great condition.
Pair 2: The second pair is silver toned and a but thicker. One of the stems is inscribed "C.O.C. Villadium". These have a repair one one of the stems in the form of tightly wound string. These measure
4.5 inches across (about 114mm) as well.
Pair 3:The third pair are very thick, both in
lens
and frame. The glass is very thick and there is no detectable prescription in them.
These measure
4.5 inches across (about 114mm) as well but are wider.
The cases are serviceable but worn. One of these cases are personalized with "Sobisca S. Hall, M.D. Harry V. Thomas, M.D. Fairmont, W.VA". Starting these at a fair starting price with lots of potential value. Good luck!
